Before you view Aspirus' estimates, please be aware that the charges indicated on this site may not match the final charges you will incur for the services received. Charges vary per individual based on several factors, including but not limited to: • Physician or provider specialty and practice type • Location of hospital service • Complexity of care provided • Length of stay • Add-on diagnostic tests and ancillary care • Unforeseen circumstances or complications • Inclusion of the professional component of the service on your Aspirus bill While Aspirus attempts to estimate the charges and apply benefits as accurately as possible, eligibility and benefit information is based on data provided by you and your insurance company as of the date of the estimate. The benefits and eligibility requirements of your health plan are subject to your insurer's authority and this estimate is not a guarantee of payment by your insurer. This estimate does not constitute prior authorization for the service and is not a representation that your insurer has made a Coverage Determination.
