Information generated through MyAspirus email contact with your provider will become a part of your permanent medical record. Correspondence should be pertinent to your healthcare needs and proper etiquette is expected. We reserve the right to revoke access for any misconduct or abuse. Although we attempt to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information contained in MyAspirus, we make no guarantee. It is possible that MyAspirus could include typographical errors or other inaccuracies. If you believe there is an inaccuracy in the posting of medical information, you may contact us by one of the following means:
1. Connect to the provided link to obtain the required document for completion.
2. Contact your Aspirus Clinic Health Information Management department to obtain the required documentation to request an amendment.
It is your responsibility to inform us if you would like to change the proxy access to your account. For example, inform us of any changes to marital status or guardianship.

Aspirus cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through MyAspirus will be free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means for the reconstruction of any lost data.
