  •       • Perform a self-test to ensure that your audio and visual connections are working prior to your video visit.
  •       • Close any unnecessary applications on your computer or device to avoid camera/audio conflicts and/or competing bandwidth issues. If at home, ensure others are not using internet for gaming, playing movies, or video conferences as these will compete for bandwidth.
  •       • High-Speed Internet (Greater Than 1.5mbps).
  •       • Web camera.
  •       • Default internet browser such as Google Chrome (Internet Explorer is not supported).
  •       • If using a SmartPhone or Tablet:
    •              1.  The latest updates need to be installed.
    •              2.  Download the MyChart App from the Google Playstore (Android) or App Store (iOS).
    •              3.  A stable and strong internet connection through a secure WiFi connection.
    •              4.  Watch the Video: Mobile phone eCheck-In.
